This is the first edition of this magazine which has been put together with you in mind. For experienced home buyers buying property in Thailand can be a minefield, for a newcomer truly daunting.

These pages are designed to try and ease away some of the many problems and areas of poor or no information that face you and point you in the direction of the more accommodating and knowledgeable developers in the Pattaya region. It is our belief that buying new property offers many advantages over buying from the pre-owned market and this is covered inside this edition in greater detail.

Our aim is to keep you informed of the choices that are available in this new-build market and help you with informative articles to aid you in making the right decision for you. If you are an investor rather than an end-user then this will save you a lot of time and footwork. Our aim is to both inform and entertain.

In future editions there will be more information from more developers, legal firms, visa firms, golf clubs, hospitals and just about every other company or service that might assist you in your transition into a new lifestyle in Thailand. There will also be many more articles for you to see the personal side of Pattaya’s lifestyle.
